Terms of Service

By creating an account or using the WealthStart application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are under 18, your parent or legal guardian must agree on your behalf. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

WealthStart accounts are created by parents or legal guardians ("Parents") on behalf of children aged 10–19 ("Kids"). By creating an account you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old, or you are a minor using the Service with parental consent
• The information you provide during registration is accurate
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials

Parents are responsible for monitoring their child's use of the Service and ensuring it is appropriate.

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial period, a paid subscription is required to continue using the Service.

WealthStart offers monthly, annual, and lifetime subscription plans. By purchasing a subscription:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method for the selected plan
• Monthly and annual subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Lifetime subscriptions are a one-time purchase with no recurring charges
• All payments are processed by Square; we do not store your payment card details

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by law.

WealthStart is an educational platform. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. The stock simulator uses virtual money only — no real money is invested through the simulator. Any investment strategies, lessons, or AI coach responses are for educational purposes only.

Before making real investment decisions, consult a licensed financial advisor. Past simulated performance is not indicative of future real results.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
• Submit false, misleading, or offensive content
• Share your account credentials with others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

All content in WealthStart — including lessons, missions, illustrations, and the animal companion system — is owned by WealthStart, Inc. and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WealthStart, Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
